If something is not right, we will make it right.
Storefront products
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Defective or damaged items are refunded or replaced at no cost. Coffee beans are final sale unless damaged.
Meeting room bookings
Cancellations more than 2 hours ahead are refunded in full. No-shows after 15 minutes are charged the full rate.
